ESAM 2018 AGM & Boat Harbour Remediation Tour
The ESAM Board of Directors is proposing revisions to the ESAM By-laws to better reflect the Association’s current needs, processes and roles. Per Article 8 of the by-laws, any such amendments require that a Special Resolution be passed at any duly constituted meeting of the Society. A Special Resolution to adopt the amended ESAM By-laws will be tabled at the upcoming AGM (May 18, 2018), to be voted on by the members in attendance. The revised ESAM By-laws can be viewed HERE.
