The new provisions and stronger protections will better support the sustainability of Canada’s marine resources for future generations.
Mark McLean, Manager of Fisheries and Oceans Canada’s Regulatory Review Unit, will provide an overview of the modernized Fisheries Act and present on the following topics:

•Revitalized Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program (FFHPP)

•Next steps for the FFHPP
